| Pre-Show fees will be billed as entry deadlines approach. These will be due upon receipt. The remaining show fees will be due and payable immediately after the show upon receipt of notice. | |
| Flat Rate Charges include: Decorating, carpentry, lumber, drapers, landscaping, lighting, setup, staff expense, trainer expense, show supplies, work equipment, misc. expenses, and grooming supplies. Light snacks and beverages provided. | |
| Flat Rate Charges Do Not Include: Bedding, Hauling, Show Entry Fees, Stalls, Vet and Farrier Expenses, early arrival fees, layover charges, Box Seats, Patronships, or any other out of pocket expenses incurred on behalf of the Client or Client's horse or horses. Tack, feed, and groom stalls will be pro-rated. | |
| All Show Tack is to be provided by the client,
including: show halter, saddle, bridle, bit, reins, saddle pads,
and breast collar. There will be a 20% commission on all National and Regional Champion and Reserves, 10% commission on all Top Fives and Top Tens. |

Discount
| Free riding lesson when your horse is in full training-up to four free lessons per month on your own horse. Lessons on other horses will be charged as above. |
| Multiple horse discount-applicable to more than one horse in training. |
| New Client discount-One free month Board for brining in a new client. New Client is defined as each new client/horse brought in for full training for a minimum of three months. |
Terms
| There will be a $25.00 late fee for payment received after the 15th of the month,. Final show fees will be subject to a $25.00 late fee for any payment received 15 days after date of notice. |
| If payment is greater that 60 days overdue, STC, trainer is entitled to enforce a lien on horse(s) according to the laws of the state of Illinois. No horse shall leave STC without all fees and expenses paid in full (including Vet and Farrier Fees). |
| There will be a $25.00 charge for checks returned for any reason. |
| In addition it is understood that vet care, Farrier expense and any out of picket expenses are additional. |
| There will be a 10% commission charged for all horses sold from Scoggins Training center. |
